The Turett Collaborative (TTC). CLN had the opportunity to be part of a small team who detailed every moment of this beautiful 4,100 sq. ft. brownstone while working with TTC. CLN Designs collaborated with Gray Partnership on this 1,500 sq. ft. loft located in mid-town Manhattan, NY. The Manhattan Loft is an excellent example of maximizing space with a ground foot print of only 1,000 sq. ft. The two loft spaces are comprised of the master sleeping loft, with a walk-in-closet and a small jewelry workshop, and an additional sleeping loft over the home office. We were able to minimize cost by making use of Ikea kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, while adding custom touches to work with the industrial yet chic design.
Gray Watt & Partners. CLN had the opportunity to be Project Manager for the interior architecture on this stunning 12,000 sq. ft. estate. The project is perched atop a foothill east of the Canadian Rockies. Working with the clients’ affection for the English Arts and Crafts movement, the design takes advantage of stunning western views while managing the region’s harsh climate. Contemporary building systems blend seamlessly with the design’s historical detailing.

The Turett Collaborative (TTC). CLN had the opportunity to project manage the design and construction of Cosebella’s New York Flagship Store while working with TTC. Located on Lafayette Street in the booming NoHo neighborhood, Cosabella showcases lingerie in every color imaginable. TTC used custom white modern displays to highlight the bright colors, while contrasting with the raw materials of the once existing warehouse.
The Turett Collaborative (TTC). CLN had the opportunity to manage the construction and design of this 520 sq. ft. studio loft while working with TTC. Located in the trendy Meatpacking district of Manhattan, this small loft is used for the client’s visiting guests and business associates. The powder room features a one-of-a-kind tile wall. Each tile was hand selected and custom cut to create an unexpected art piece.
The Turett Collaborative (TTC). CLN had the opportunity to manage the construction and design of this unique 2-condo combination while working for TTC. Located on the top two levels of a 13-story building, the young bachelor client had only one request, to combine the upstairs home office to the living room below—with a slide! In addition to the show stealing slide, more conventional connections were designed.
